Washington, DC - The Supreme Court will hear a case whether a student Christian Organization, in order to be recognized and funded by a public university, must abide by the schools non-discrimination rules.  You want to discriminate against which students who can join your group, fine - do it on your own dime!  [Read here]

Albany, New York - Former New York State Senator Joe Bruno was found guilty on 2 of 8 charges related to the State's "pay-to-play" culture.  [Read here]

Maryville, Tennessee - Private individuals did their own private Bible reading at the annual tree lighting ceremony.  The township decided not to do the Bible reading itself because its lawyers found it a violation of the First Amendment (which it is).  See, what is wrong with private individuals doing such things, why do they desperately need governmental involvement?  [Read here]

Quincy, Massachusetts - A woman was indicted for killing her 9 year old child and then stabbing herself and killing her unborn fetus.  [Read here]

Grants Pass, Oregon - A man was convicted for robbing a bank.  No big deal, but his letter demanding money was fraught with spelling and grammar errors that the teller initially thought it was a joke.  [Read here]

Richmond, Virginia - Rastafarians have been segregated in a federal prison for a decade now because they refuse to follow the grooming rules of the prison since it interferes with their religious practices.  [Read here]
